OUR STORY
Founded by two former quantum physicists.
Ora was founded in early 2025 by Dr. Stefan Sack and Dr. Raimel Medina to challenge the assumption that massive scale is needed to reach useful intelligence. At Ora we believe that the next wave of AI adoption will be driven by more compact models that are highly efficient and optimized for specific use cases rather than large general-purpose cloud models.
After a Pre-Seed financing round in early 2025, Ora raised a EUR 3.5M Seed round in 2026 with plans to expand their team and compression offerings to Silicon Vendors, AI Enterprise, OEMs, and Cloud Providers.
